Yes - we normally take the first hour of the session fee as a deposit to secure your booking.
If you already have tracks, beats or reference material prepared, sending them over in advance is always helpful and saves valuable studio time during the session.
If you’re using an iPhone, we can usually AirDrop files directly to the studio computer. If your track is on YouTube, simply send us the link via WhatsApp and we’ll get it loaded up for you.
If you’re using Android, we recommend sending files in advance using WeTransfer or a similar file-sharing service so everything’s ready to go when you arrive.
The smoother the setup, the more time we can spend focusing on the music and crafting your sound.
Absolutely. Not everyone walking into a studio is a seasoned musician. We aim to keep sessions relaxed, supportive and productive regardless of experience level.
Yes. We can help shape arrangements, tighten performances, suggest production ideas and guide projects from rough demo through to finished release.
Yes. All recording, mixing and mastering sessions include an experienced engineer unless agreed otherwise. If you’re booking dry hire, you’re simply hiring the room and equipment without an engineer present.
It means hiring the studio space and equipment without an in-house engineer. It’s ideal for experienced producers and engineers who want access to a professional recording environment while running their own sessions independently.
Anyone wishing to use the studio on a dry hire basis will first need to complete a studio induction hour, and should have previous experience in recording studio.
Most mastering projects are completed within 2-5 working days, depending on the size of the project and our current workload. If you’re working to a deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely. Many of our clients send us stems or full mixes remotely for mixing and mastering without ever needing to visit the studio.
We can help source session musicians for drums, guitars, bass, vocals and other instruments depending on your project.
Yes, although many clients prefer attended mix sessions only at key stages, or receive revisions remotely. We’ll work in whichever way suits the project best.

Yes, parking is available. The details on parking will be sent to you before your session.
Yes. We can record live performances and live-in-the-room sessions while still achieving a clean, balanced sound.
We understand plans change. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or missed sessions.
Reasonable revisions are included with mixing and mastering projects. We want you to be happy with the final result, so good communication throughout the process is important.
Yes. We record podcasts, narration, interviews and professional voiceovers in a treated studio environment with broadcast-quality audio.
We can work with WAV, AIFF and most standard DAW export formats. If you’re unsure how to export your audio files, we can guide you through the process.
